Shipping Information and Returns
Shipping
All products are made to order, just for you! So please allow 2 to 4 weeks for these to be made (unless specified otherwise in the particular product listing). Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of completion of the entire order.
Once your order has shipped standard tracked delivery should take between 2 to 8 business days within Australia, or 9-15 days to New Zealand.
Express shipping orders will be sent via Australia Post Express service and are usually received in 1-3 business days within Australia or 6-12 days to New Zealand.
Please note if you select express it is the shipping option only. You are not selecting express for the making.
Tracking information will be sent for all orders at time of dispatch.
Please refer to the Australia Post website for information on delays that are currently being experienced with shipments due to COVID-19.
Returns
I want you to feel confident ordering your made to order pieces so I allow a free exchange on all products. To avoid having to go through the process though, please double and triple check your measurements against the sizing chart in each listing and if you have any troubles I'm here and happy to help you choose a size and also offer custom sizing if you need.
All made to order items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt where the item is unworn and in a saleable condition. Items may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value with any difference refunded.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, but postage of the replacement item will be covered by Olasol.
Replacement product orders will be processed from the date of return receipt of the original item so please allow the regular time of 2 to 4 weeks for the replacement item to be made.
Please note there can be no returns on cloth masks for hygiene reasons.
